Serie B round up: Pisa and Albinoleffe continue to impress
Albinoleffe managed to capitalise on Brescia's draw as they went on to grab top of the table with an emphatic 5-1 win over Triestina. A brace from Cellini, helped secure the win, and he now leads the goalscoring charts along with Pisa's Castillo with 10 goals each.
While down in Tuscany the newly promoted Pisa continued to stun Italy with yet another win as they beat Vicenza 3-1. The Tuscans showing off their away form with just one away loss the whole season and with their fine displays they are currently sitting second.
Meanwhile, Chievo proved how determined they were to get back into Serie A with a fantastic 4-1 over Messina. Chievo are now lying 3rd in the table with 27 points, Brescia are on the same amount, while the Sicilians are lying on the other end with 16 points.
Bari managed to shock everyone as they stopped promotion favourites, Brescia, with a 0-0 draw at the Stadio San Nicola.
Next week will see Brescia take on Albinoleffe in a Lombardian Derby which is a must win for Serse Cosmi's men. Bologna and Chievo will battle it out at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara while Lecce will return to playing after the shocking death of one of their technical staff, and they will be meeting Modena.
