Ronaldo almost ready

Following medical tests that were conducted earlier today it has been revealed that Ronaldo's injury has made significant progress and he should be back soon. The Brazilian is yet to make his first Serie A appearance this season and he is hoping for a return against Sampdoria at the end of October.

Ronaldo has been out of action since July with a thigh injury which has seen his comeback continuously delayed after the Milan doctors misdiagnosed Il Fenomeno's injury.

He was expected back for the game against Empoli this weekend but the rossoneri will have to do without him once again and they might be without fellow Brazilian Kaka who will return tomorrow from Brazil.

The return of Il fenomeno has been long awaited and many can't wait to see him return while others are sceptic about his future at the club.

Big setback against Empoli, boys. What is going wrong with Milan. A bad result against Shaktar and the season would really start to look compromised already.
