Derby Time!!

It's difficult to believe that it's that time of the year already in the streets of Milan, where the roads are ready to be painted red, black and blue. Where the bars fill up to their capacity as fans gather to public places to view the Derby Della Madonnina.

Usually fans would have to wait an good majority of the season to bare witness to this spectacular festival of football. The players and coaches would spend a majority of the season working and planning to this climatic event, however; times have changed and there derby is gracing us with it's presence just two games in.

It will no doubt be a fiery affair as both teams need a result; a win for the rossoneri will extend their lead over Inter while a win for the nerazzurri will certainly help them up the ladder due to their dismal start.

Leonardo is set to start Milan's only decent signing of the summer, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, alongside Pato. The Dutchman will be making his much anticipated debut following a suspension against Siena for his sending off on the last day of the Eredivisie.

Despite their fine win in Siena, both sides still have some work to do and this game will no doubt provide the best stage to iron out all the problems. Its bound to be another classic as both teams can easily take the home the three points.
