Roma In, Kalac Out

Flavio Roma has officially completed his move back to Italy seeing him sign for Milan after Zejlko Kalac's contract was terminated.

Kalac found himself fallen out of favour by new coach Leonardo and with Marco Storari's impressive preseason for it was highly unlikely that Kalac would have made the cut.

The shot stopper joins the rossoneri from Monaco where he spent the last 8 years of his career seeing him play 205 official games for the French side. He also had spells at several other Italian sides such as Lazio, Venezia, Foggia, Fiorenzuola, Chievo and Piacenza.

Roma is said to have signed a contract that is set to expire at the end of next season. He is expected to make his rossoneri debut at Friday's TIM Trophy tournament despite only having been with the squad for a few days.
