Fine end to the year

With the arrival of David Beckham, and a 5-1 win over Udinese which saw Alexandre Pato and Ricky Kaka as well as Milan play their best games of the season it is undoubtedly been a fine end to the year. The passion and spark that Milan played with against Udinese has left the Milanisti wanting more.

Fans are hoping that the Christmas break will not disrupt the flow that Ancelotti has finally managed to find with his team as important games in the New Year will be coming thick and fast. Nevertheless, preparations in Dubai should ensure that the team will be fit and ready to try out new tactics; like the Christmas tree formation that worked so well last night.

The Christmas tree formation has been used in the past but none to this effect that allowed Kaka to push more forward while Pato roamed free as he sped past defenders to score goals. The rossoneri seemed to have more edge and determination to succeed in front of the Beckham's and they did so in fine fashion.

This final ending to the year has left everyone more excited for the second half of the season to start as hopefully more pressure will be added on Inter by Milan and Juventus as well as the other teams.

Until next year... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
