Injury crisis continues; No Ronaldinho

Milan are back in action today and another Sicilian team is back to cause the rossoneri problems as they come into the game missing eight key players while Catania will be without Walter Zenga on the bench.

The boisterous tactician was handed a fine of €6,000 and a one-match ban after criticising the referee in last week's game which saw the Elefante draw to Lecce. This is not the fist time Zenga has found himself in trouble and it will no doubt not be the last time. While Catania will be looking to make do without Zenga Milan will certainly be out to prove a point after loosing two consecutive games.

The biggest injury blow for Carletto will be the sudden loss of Ronaldinhho. The Brazilian has been Milan's most valuable player at late, after saving them on numerous occasions and it was expected that he would play against Catania. However, he after training yesterday he pulled up with a muscle problem increasing the injury crisis.

This is one player that Milan can;t make do without and it will be interesting to see how they cope. This injury will see Carlo Ancelotti come up with a major transformation as he will also have to do without the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini, Daniele Bonera, Pippo Inzaghi, Clarence Seedorf, Alessandro Nesta as well as Marco Borriello. Though hope has some what returned in a small portion as Pato managed to pass a late fitness test after bruising his ribs against Palermo last Sunday.

These injuries will allow Kaka to push more forward as he so desires. Kaka hasn't been able to shine so much this season and he claims it is due to his Brazilian teammate Ronaldinho which forces him to sit more back. With 'Dinho injured Kaka will be given all the freedom to strut his stuff alongside Shevchenko and Pato.
