'Dinho stuns Samp

The rossoneri came back in full force today after triumphing 3-0 at the San Siro against a struggling Sampdoria side. Ancelotti's men took a stumble two weeks ago after they surprisingly drew 0-0 to Cagliari, who were yet to earn a point. Nevertheless, 45 minutes later, a penalty and two goals saw Milan stun Samp in a fine second half performance.

Walter Mazzarri's men
took to the stage of the Guiseppe Meazza and fought hard for a result but they could only hold on for the first half. Ricky Kaka' came on to inspire the team as the Brazilian duo danced their way around their home turf.

A penalty was awarded to Milan and surprisingly it was the new arrival who took it. Kaka' left the penalty for his Selecao teammate to open up the scoring. 'Dinho slotted a powerful shot past Castellani into the back of the net.

Cassano and co. still made it difficult for Milan to increase their lead but they eventually did so again through 'Dinho after a perfect triangular movement was completed; seeing the Samba ace net his third goal of the season for the diavoli.

However, there was more celebrating to be done as the return of Pippo Inzaghi also resulted in cheers around the stadium. The fan's favourite was back to his old self as he scored a goal in the last minute and of course in line with the last defender.

It was a perfect day for the rossoneri as they climbed their way up the table to be neck and neck with Fiorentina and Inter (who play Roma tonight) while edging ever so closer to the top of the table were there is a surprise three way tie: Udinese, Catania and Napoli. The season is only getting better and better as weeks go by.

Milan were far from convincing, without the red ard and penalty it could have been a very different result. Still it was important not to go on a non-winning streak and we some how found a way to win, even if the referee had to shine the path for us.
