Let the games begin!!

Christmas has come and gone, so has New years but now it's time for Italian football to return as the race for the Scudetto takes to new heights. With Inter taking on Cagliairi, Juventus having to face a stubborn Siena side, while Milan and Roma will battle it out at the Stadio Olimpico tomorrow evening.

Mourinho's men have a six point lead against second placed Juventus, and they will be looking to extend their lead as their two closest rivals have tough tasks ahead of them this weekend. However, Mourinho will have to do without Adriano and Mario Balottelli as the ex-Porto coach has banished them from playing this weekend due to behaviour problems. While, Dejan Stankovic will be out for a while after he suffered a twisted knee in training.

Cross-city rivals, Milan have it all to do as they take on a Roma side that are up in confidence after their bad start to the season. The Giallorossi struggled to win at the start b
ut they have now seemed to have found some rhythm to their play. While Milan have a lot riding on the game as they need a win to keep in touch with Inter. All eyes will also be on David Beckham as he will be set to make his Serie A debut in win of the biggest games he will play with the Via Turati outfit.

La Vecchia Signora will take on La Nuova Signora at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin as Ranieri will be preparing his team to face Serie A's latest revelations, Siena. Giampaolo's side have proven themselves a tough side to beat this season and they will definitely try to give Piemonte outfit a run for their money.

This year certainly has a lot of excitement in store on the field as teams will be looking to keep up the pace with the other teams all over Europe.
