Milan show the Biancocelesti who is boss...

Milan have returned to winning ways following their 4-1 thrashing of Lazio with goals by Clarence Seedorf, Gianluca Zambrotta, Alexandre Pato and Ricky Kaka.

The Diavoli continued their new found form after they beat Zurich 3-1 in the UEFA Cup, bring them their first victory this season. Carlo Ancelotti's men were out to prove it wasn't just a once off win and went out at full steam to bring down a team that came into the weekend top of the table.

It only took eight minutes for the scoring to be opened when Seedorfs cross deflected off Ledesma and landed at his feet where he flew in a right-footed drive past Carrizo.

Lazio- like all the latest oppositions of Milan- were too quick for the rossoneri on the counter attack and caused some trouble which saw tireless Zarate equalise, bringing back memories for Milan. However; it was not the case as Zambrotta sent in left- footed drive into the top left hand corner from 30 metres out.

Pato then decided to add to his goal tally when he headed in a Pippo-type-goal from a cross by an inform Marek Jankulovski, four minutes after the break. The youngster certainly starting to prove his worth amongst the big names.

After struggling to hit the target throughout the game, Kaka found a brilliant stroke of genius and drive home his first goal in months, bringing home a 4-1 lead and their first Serie A win this season.

In what looked like a lost cause Milan have managed to turn around their misfortunes and bring back the team of old; the team of passion, determination and grit. It is great to see the smiles return and long may it last.

Brilliant goals by Zambo and Kaka, and Pato and Seedorf were none too shabby either. Still a bit creaky at the back and Ronaldinho looks like a man on holiday. However, a major step forward in form all round.

yup the defence is still a worry and they need to watch on the counter attacks because the majority of the goals Milan have conceded have been on the counter.

While Dinho does look like he is on extend holiday but then again Emerson does too. I am still not sure why Carlo plays him...
