Let the games begin!

This weekend most of the leagues will kick off the season, in what has felt like a long summer break with no World Cup to keep the fans entertained. While the transfer market was certainly entertaining, which saw many transfers happening in and around Europe it certainly can't keep us as entertained as football. And now the fans are excited to have the leagues start.

Last weekend saw the Ligue 1 (France) and the Scottish premier league start and this weekend the Barclays English Premier League, and the Bundesliga (Germany) will all start.

Next weekend the Portuguese League starts and the following weekend Serie A (Italy) and La Liga (Spain). After last season's La Liga campaign many of the fans will be hoping that their respective leagues will be just as exciting.
Serie A:
With the return of Juventus, Genoa and Napoli back in Serie A, the history of the clubs is bound to make it an interesting campaign, as all three teams have made some interesting buys. And with all the teams on even points there will be less of a chance for a team to run away in the lead. It's bound to be a great season.

English Premier League:
With Liverpool spending Millions in the summer many will feel that they have a good chance of glory, while Arsenal have impressed even with the departure of Thierry Henry, can Van Persie gun the gunners up the league table? While Man Utd and Chelsea have also boosted their teamsheets and will definitely contend for the title.

La Liga:
The end of last seasons campaign was one of the best in a few years, many are hoping it will remain that way. There has been a host of top names that has come into La Liga, and some teams can fancy their chances of Spanish glory ór European glory.

Time for the games to begin!
