Ronaldo's injury woes continue...

Ronaldo may be sidelined for up to another month according to reports in Italy, after Milan's doctors did not do the right analysis on Ronaldo back in August, when Ronaldo's injury started. The ex-Inter man has been out on the sidelines since preseason and is yet to play a Serie A game. Carlo did expect him back for the first game of the season, against Genoa, but recurring pains continued to sideline him.

Ronaldo's last game for the rossoneri was back in July for Milan's first preseason game against Lecco where Milan won 4-0 with two goals from the goal master himself. Ronaldo was then said to be back against Fiorentina but he didn't even make the bench.

Frustration started to grow within Ronaldo as he began to question Milan's medication and treatment he was on. Enough was enough when he went to Belgium last Wednesday to visit doctor Martens, to ask for a second opinion. Martens gave him the same verdict as Milan's doctor Jean Pierre Meersseman yet Ronaldo still didn't believe it.

He is now in Brazil where he met with his National team doctor and physio for their professional opinions. After undergoing tests with them they have announced that Milan have messed up Ronaldo's treatment and he will have to stay in Brazil for at least two weeks. Milan have disapproved and have flown to Brazil to meet with him and the doctors to figure out a solution.

It is said that Ronaldo will stay in Brazil until Wednesday and then he will fly back to Milan where he will undergo further treatment, while the Brazilian is wanting to stay in Rio for two weeks.

The diavolo is certainly not happy with Milan's doctors and who knows how long he will be out for. As the chaos continues it will be up to Gilardino and Inzaghi to lead the front-line.
